This page explains what information CleanSheetHQ (cleansheethq.com) collects and how it’s used. We keep this simple and only describe what actually happens on this site today.
CleanSheetHQ is independently operated from South Korea.
What we don’t collect
CleanSheetHQ does not offer a newsletter, user accounts, a contact form, or comments. If you choose to email us at the address listed below, we will receive the email address, message content, and any other information you choose to include.
What’s processed automatically
Like most websites, a few pieces of software that keep this site running and secure process some technical data as part of normal operation:
- Hosting (Hostinger): our host processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) needed to serve pages and keep the site online, and retains them according to its own policies. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.
- Security (Wordfence Security): Wordfence Security monitors traffic to help detect and block malicious activity. It may process technical data such as IP addresses and request patterns, and the site may communicate with Wordfence services to receive security and threat-intelligence updates.
- Performance (LiteSpeed Cache): this plugin caches pages to speed up load times.
- SEO (Rank Math SEO): this plugin manages technical SEO data, such as sitemaps and structured data, for search engines.
- Redirects (Rank Math SEO): we also use this plugin’s redirect feature to manage redirects, such as the one behind our free download links. Its admin screen shows a hit count and the date of the most recent access for each redirect.
Free downloads
Some of our guides link to free practice files. You can download them without giving us your email address or creating an account. A download is an ordinary file request, so it may be recorded in the hosting server logs described above. The redirect tool records a count of requests to the download link and the date of the most recent recorded access. The count may include automated requests and does not represent the number of people who downloaded the file. The tool may also record other technical details about a request.
Site search
The search box on our home page uses WordPress’s built-in search. When you use it, the words you type are sent to our server so it can show results. Because the search words become part of the page address, they may appear in the hosting server logs or security monitoring described above.
If you email us
If you contact us at privacy@cleansheethq.com, we use the information you provide to read, respond to, and handle your request. Incoming messages are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to a Gmail mailbox. Cloudflare and Google may process this information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The tools listed above may set basic technical cookies needed for caching or security. We don’t use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. You can view, manage, or delete cookies at any time through your browser’s settings.
Links to other sites
Our guides sometimes link to outside resources, such as Microsoft’s own documentation. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.
